FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: two rectangular sheets and two shaped sheets of the electrically conductive paper (ECP) are stacked on the rectangular pad with a straight border between the two areas with different electrical resistivity. Parallelly long metal electrodes are installed on the opposite horizontal sides of the first rectangular sheet ECP. Parallelly short metal electrodes are installed on the opposite vertical sides of the second rectangular sheet ECP. Figured metal electrodes are installed on the upper and the lower sides of the first figured sheet ECP. Direct metal electrodes are installed on the left and on the right sides of the second figured sheet ECP. All of the first metal electrodes are connected to the positive terminal of the DC source, and the second electrodes - with the respective switch contacts. One terminal contact of the rheostat is connected to the negative terminal of the DC source, and its movable contact - with the common switch contact. The right triangle of the dielectric is put to transfer the probe coordinates from the ECP sheet on the documentary sheet.
EFFECT: possibility of modeling the electrostatic field at the interface between two dielectrics.
