FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: automatic circuit breaker, which is intended for overload protection, short-circuiting protection of electric circuits with single and grouped power consumers and electric shock protection when insulation of electrical installations is damaged, comprises a case made of an insulating material with the following components: the first and second poles placed symmetrically on the left and right from the longitudinal axis of the circuit breaker; the first pole comprises the first and second contacts capable of mutual connection/disconnection. The second pole comprises the third and fourth contacts capable of mutual connection/disconnection. A kinematic connection/disconnection mechanism is coupled to the first and second poles for connection/disconnection of the first and second poles and the third and fourth contacts. The first, second and third protective devices, a connecting device, which couples the kinematic connection/disconnection mechanism with the first, second and third protective devices. A coil trip of the third protective device is placed under an angle to the kinematic connection/disconnection mechanism and connected with it by a U-shaped lever, and the third and fourth contacts with an arcing system are separated from the electronic board by a cover.

EFFECT: maintenance of overall dimensions for the circuit breaker design when introducing an electronic board into the third protective device.
