SUBSTANCE: method envisages regulation of pressure in the lower part of the fusel oil concentrating column (by way of heating steam supply) and of the flow rate of cooling water being supplied into the fusel oil concentrating column dephlegmator; cooling water flow rate in the fusel oil concentrating column dephlegmator is regulated in a function from the difference of preset and current values of temperature of condensate at the fusel oil concentrating column dephlegmator outlet.
EFFECT: invention ensures produced alcohol quality improvement and specific heating steam expenditures reduction.
