SUBSTANCE: method provides for pressure adjustment in bottom part of the final cleaning column by heating steam supply, flow rate of the cooling water supplied to dephlegmator of the final cleaning column. The cooling water flow to the dephlegmator of the final cleaning column is adjusted as function of difference of set and actual condensate temperatures at output of the dephlegmator of the final cleaning column.
EFFECT: improved quality of produced alcohol and decreased specific costs for heating steam.
