SUBSTANCE: method includes controlling flow of mash and pressure in the lower part of a distillation column by feeding steam into the distillation column; controlling the setting of the pressure value at the bottom of the distillation column as a function of mismatch between the given and the current temperature in the upper part of the distillation column; controlling flow of water entering the condenser and the water section of the refluxer of the distillation column, wherein the flow of water into the condenser and the water section of the refluxer of the distillation column is controlled as a function of the difference between the given and the current temperature of the wash distillate at the output of the water section of the refluxer of the distillation column.
EFFECT: improved quality of the obtained ethyl alcohol, high output of the apparatus and reduced cost per unit of heating steam.
