SUBSTANCE: following is described: a set of highly specific primers and a fluorescently labeled probe for identifying the genetic material of the DNA fragment of the Pertactin gene of Bordetella parapertussis and Bordetella bronchiseptica for the detection of bordetellosis pathogens in cats, dogs, pigs, and rabbits. The set contains: direct primer 5'→ 3' VT-Bd-F 5'-GGAAACAACCAGTCCATSATCAAG-3', reverse 5'→ 3' VT-Bd-R 5'-CTGTCCCGAAGACGTGAC-3', fluorescently labeled DNA probe (Probe) 5' →3' VT-Bd-P 5'-(R6G)-GGAACGACCATCAAGGTAAGCGG-(BHQ2)-3'. The invention makes it possible to identify the DNA fragment of the Pertactin gene of Bordetella parapertussis and Bordetella bronchiseptica in real time.
EFFECT: set has higher homology to strains and allelic variants of Bordetella parapertussis and Bordetella bronchiseptica, which increases the reliability of the analyzes.
