FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to synchronising records in the medical environment. The method involves assigning a unique record number to a user record; comparing the demographical information of the user record to at least one piece of the demographical information of the other record among a record collection from at least one other data source for the purpose of calculating a likelihood ratio for each compared record; comparing each likelihood ratio to a stated threshold of tolerance and to a stated threshold of failure, and identifying the user records for manual processing if the likelihood ratio falls between the threshold of tolerance and threshold of failure; attaching a statement for the compared user records on the basis of comparing at least one likelihood ratio; and placing the user records to be subject to manual processing in an exclusion list and distributing the exclusion list onto each data source.
EFFECT: providing integrating two or more data sources by the unique record number in the corporate register.
