FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: information on a patient and clinical information are gathered into an audit file in order to provide medical grounds for the procedure. If the audit file lacks one or more information parts, medical personnel will be warned of the lack of such information. The user can then activate one or more user interface objects in order to search for resources which contain the required information so that the audit file can be updated.
EFFECT: verification of medical grounds for performing a medical procedure.
