FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed generator allows vortex airflow parameters inside separation cylinder and between separation cylinder and perforated plate that distributes the flow. This causes the increase in homogeneity and surface quality of the coat, decrease in metal input and coat application heat efficiency. Particles move upward in circles through spraying and drying zone inside vertical pipe of separation cylinder located above has distribution plate. Then, they are fed into second zone for drying and holding outside said separation cylinder.
EFFECT: decreased scatter in coat depth for both large and fine particles.
