FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient's blood cell characteristics are measured by determining their glass adhesiveness. That is combined with measuring their aggregation ability and following the location and constituents of the interacting cells. Further, the cells are divided into mononuclear and polynuclear ones, quantitatively calibrated and incubated together in an optimum environment. The method can be used for the cytological cell characterisation in oncologic and autoimmune diseases.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability and effectiveness of the known method for the agglomerated leukocyte count.
