FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of an extract of a vegetal composition of green tea and rosehips (at a ratio of 1:1) based on unsalted cheese whey, the extract introduction into pasteurised defatted milk, lactitol introduction, addition of apple pectin in the form of 5% solution, the mixture ripening, cooling and packing.
EFFECT: production of beverage with reduced caloric content, with functional properties, increased biological value, enhanced preventive properties and improved organoleptic indices.
