SUBSTANCE: according to the present invention the microcapsules are composed of two parts: the microcapsule membrane and the inner core; the microcapsule membrane is a polyelectrolyte composite hydrogel membrane formed from chitosan, alginates, and acyl derivatives of chitosan, and the inner core is an alginate liquid or the hydrogel medium containing cells. The method of production of the microcapsule preparation comprises mixing the microcapsules of alginate-acyl derivatives of chitosan with the aqueous solution.

EFFECT: possibility to use for encapsulation of human or mammalian cells in vitro or ex vivo.
