FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves putting shoe onto hollow perforated block; sealing and vacuumizing; wetting with saturated steam with following cyclic drying. Hollow perforated block is sealed by locating air-impermeable film on shoe surface and shoe is placed in hermetically sealed chamber. Vacuumizing and cyclic drying processes are performed in parallel with applying to surface of shoe covered with film pressure higher than atmospheric pressure by at least 1.5-2 times. Shoe is wetted from inside. EFFECT: intensified forming process by applying pressure to shoe surface and increased efficiency in recovering shape of worn shoe.
