SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telephone calls control, namely to providing a possibility for the call initiator to create a personalized audio or video invitation, with which the call recipient can familiarize before the call acceptance, which starts immediately after acceptance. Personalized audio or video invitation is created by the call initiator and attached to the telephone call data packet instead of the regular caller identifier data packet. Call signaling can be carried out in a conventional manner except that instead of providing a standard call with a caller identifier as a single identification information, a call recipient is provided with a data packet containing a personalized audio or video invitation for review before receiving an incoming call.
EFFECT: enabling the called party to determine beforehand that the incoming call is to be received, or vice versa, such as can be safely avoided.
