FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering. A steam and gas plant comprises a gas turbine plant connected by a flue with a heat recovery boiler, where the following heating surfaces are built in as connected to each other - of an economiser, an evaporator and a steam reheater, which is a steam pipeline is connected with a high pressure steam turbine. A condenser-evaporator is by a water supply system via the first pump is connected to the economiser of the heat recovery boiler, which is equipped by a flue for discharge of gases into a stack. The low pressure steam turbine is by a steam pipeline via a recuperator is connected to the condenser, which is via the second pump by a water supply system is connected to the recuperator. The high pressure steam turbine is by a shafting connected to the low pressure steam turbine, which is connected to an electric generator. The high pressure steam turbine is by a steam pipeline connected to the condenser-evaporator, which is by the water supply system connected to the first pump. The second steam reheater built into the heat recovery boiler is by steam pipelines connected to the low pressure steam turbine and the condenser-evaporator, which by the water supply system is connected with the second economiser built into the heat recovery boiler, which by the water supply system is connected to the recuperator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of power generation due to increased temperature of steam of the second working substance at the inlet to a low pressure turbine and reduction of temperature of gases leaving a heat recovery boiler.
