FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and is designed for being used at thermal power plants. A combined-cycle plant includes a gas-turbine plant connected via a gas duct to a heat recovery steam generator that is provided with a gas duct for removal of gases to a stack. In the heat recovery steam generator there built are interconnected heating surfaces of an economizer, an evaporator and a superheater that is connected via a steam line to a high pressure steam turbine. The first regenerative heat exchanger is connected via a steam line to a condenser-evaporator that is connected via a water conduit to the first pump. The low pressure steam turbine is connected via one steam line through the first regenerative heat exchanger to the condenser-evaporator, and via the other through the second regenerative heat exchanger to a condenser that is connected through the second pump via a water conduit to the second regenerative heat exchanger. Additionally, heating surfaces of a reheater are built in the heat recovery steam generator. The high pressure steam turbine is connected through the reheater via the steam line to the intermediate pressure steam turbine that is connected via the steam line to the first regenerative heat exchanger. A coolant-heater is connected via water conduits to the first pump and the economizer of the heat recovery steam generator and via pipelines to the condenser-evaporator and to the second recuperative heat exchanger. High, intermediate and low pressure steam turbines are connected through a common shaft to an electrical generator.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing capacity and efficiency of a combined-cycle plant, improving reliability and safety of its operation, as well as reducing costs for the plant.
