FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and is designed for being used at thermal power plants. A combined-cycle plant includes a gas-turbine plant connected via a gas duct to a heat recovery steam generator into which there built are interconnected heating surfaces of the first economizer, evaporator and superheater, which is connected via a steam line to a high pressure steam turbine. The first recuperator is connected via a steam line to a condenser - evaporator that is connected with a water pipeline through the first pump to the first economizer of the heat recovery steam generator which is equipped with a gas duct for gas removal to a stack. A low pressure steam turbine is connected with one steam line through the first recuperator to the condenser -evaporator and with the other through the second recuperator to the condenser which is connected through the second pump with a water pipeline to the second recuperator. Additionally, heating surfaces of a reheater and the second economizer are built in the heat recovery steam generator. The high pressure steam turbine is connected through the reheater with a steam line to an intermediate pressure steam turbine that is connected with a steam line to the first recuperator. The second economizer is connected with water pipelines to the condenser - evaporator and through the third pump to a regenerative air heater that is connected with a steam line to an extraction of the low pressure steam turbine and with a water pipeline to the second recuperator. High, intermediate and low pressure steam turbines are connected through a common shaft to an electric generator.
EFFECT: invention allows improving operating reliability and safety of a combined-cycle plant, increasing efficiency of electric power generation, reducing costs for the plant.
