FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing of the lithium salt Li2CO3, vanadium oxide (V) V2O5, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate NH4H2PO4 in a stoichiometric ratio, and also starch (C6H10O5) as a reducer and a precursor of carbon component, and crushing of particles of the mix is performed in a spherical mill in the acetone medium with the subsequent heat treatment at the temperature 750-850°C.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain the composite material ensuring increase of specific capacity, charging current of Lithium ion battery, provides its stability when cycling.
