FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding and may be used for production of abrasive tools, for example, grinding wheels. Unit container is filled with processed parts and abrasive grains. Coarse, medium and fine grinding are performed with decrease in abrasive grain size at every nest job. Coarse grinding is executed without addition of working fluid into container and with removal of used abrasive grains after completion of grinding. At medium grinding, abrasive grains are added in container to feed continuously the circulating working fluid. At fine grinding, abrasive grains are added without outage of vibratory units to increase unit load density and to maximise continuously circulating working fluid.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
