METHOD OF VIBRATION PROCESSING Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

Abstract SU 1826367 A1

FIELD: mechanical engineering and machine-tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: level of working liquid whose height exceeds that of raising the abrasive granules is adjusted at constant circulation in container with stationary walls and flexible bottom filled with processed details, abrasive granules and working liquid to which oscillating movement is given. In this case discharge of liquid with by-products is exercised from upper mark of its level. The supply is fulfilled in lower part of container. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of processing by means of constant cleaning of working area from waste products at the preservation of abrasive granules in it. 1 dwg
