SUBSTANCE: method includes procedure of identification of driver's qualification by measurement of parameters of a vehicle controlled by a driver, which include travelling fuel consumption and vehicle speed, and also additionally there is an angle of opening of a throttling valve that controls air supply into a motor. At the same time driver's qualification is assessed by the value of calculated criterion of qualification, the calculation formula of which includes measured parameters of the vehicle.

EFFECT: invention provides for identification of driver's qualification.
