FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device is made with unwinding device with several cable drums by means of which cables, for instance steel cables, laid into belt conveyor are unwound. Also, the device includes connecting device where tensioned and going in longitudinal direction belts are connected in parallel to each other in one plane of cable with one or more webs of unvulcanised rubber into uncured belt. The device contains curing press where uncured belt is vulcanised under pressure and/or heat action thus creating belt conveyor. In this system, unwinding device is made as unwinding and tensioning device where each cable is tensioned separately to required operating tension, and separate drums are equipped with clamping mechanism drive or driving aggregate or connected with it, by means of which drive required torque is adjusted to create required operating cable tension. Herewith, unwinding and tensioning device are equipped with one or more cable tension measuring devices by means of which tension of separate cables is determined. Each one of cables preferably has one measurement point.
EFFECT: manufacturing high-quality conveyors.
