FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for production of expanded feedstuffs in crumbled, granulated and granule grit form. The line contains a bin, an expander, a granulator press and a cooler. Positioned under the collecting bin is an auger feeder supplying grains and loose feedstuff into the conditioner mixer wherein steam, water and fat are simultaneously introduced. Installed downstream the conditioner mixer is an expander with a locking cone wherefrom grains and loose feedstuff are delivered into the structurator. Then the milled product is delivered (by the auger feeder) into the granulator press wherefrom granules are supplied into the cooling column, then - into the roller breaker wherefrom granules are loaded into the container by the doser.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance expanded feedstuffs quality and nutritive value.
