SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A method for fluid sampling from a container involves providing the device for sampling with a closed sterilisable inside. A needle element is arranged in the inside. The inside is closed by a perforated sealing element. Besides, what is also provided is a fluid container having a wall with a perforated section. A device for sampling and a container are coupled. The perforated section and the sealing element are coupled so that to form a protected area between the section and the sealing element that is a continuously protected area which is closed from the environment by a microorganism-impermeable connection. That is followed by perforating the perforated sealing element and the section by means of the needle element, which penetrates through the protected area. The connection and perforation procedures of the device for sampling and the container are performed at a one-week time interval, and the connection procedure of the device for sampling and the container between an outer side of the sealing element and an outer side of the section is preceded by placing an intermediate element to provide a bactericidal barrier for the protected area after the connection procedure. What is disclosed is a device for fluid supply used in implementing the method.
EFFECT: providing the sterile connection and the long-term low-bacterial storage.
