FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes racks installed on both sides of the road driveway and equipped with a mechanism of vertical movement of a cable located between them with its middle part and consisting of reduction gears with an electric actuator and screw shafts equipped with fasteners from brittle material. Ends of cables are taken to the outside and connected to end faces of bars installed on supports along road sides and freely put on rotation axes with a possibility of full blocking of the road driveway at its turn.
