FIELD: automobile production.

SUBSTANCE: device includes racks installed on both sides of a carriageway of a road and equipped with a cable line vertical movement mechanism consisting of reduction gears with an electric motor and screw shafts equipped with fasteners made from a brittle material. The device includes a system of vertical posts lowered into cavities of the carriageway across the road. After the ends of the cable line come out of the posts, they are passed through clamps and lifted by units to the height above the road surface; after that, they are passed through holders hinged on upper edges of the posts.
