FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical devices, particularly, to anti-ramming barriers designed to inhibit unauthorized access of vehicles into guarded territories. The anti-ramming barrier incorporates two metal different-diameter pipes with underpoured reinforcement welded therein and a beam made up of two channels welded to make a box housing a pre-tensioned steel rope. The aforesaid beam is fixed in the hinge support by means of a bush, two bearings and a clamping bush so that to turn horizontally. The said beam is also fixed on the lock support by means of a rope tensioning assembly and the said lock device. The aforesaid beam horizontal position is ensured by the bracket made up of the hinge support top part and tie rods coupled by ad adjusting nut. The beam cantilever end accommodates a tensioning assembly made up of two tensioning devices, four bolts and two end face plates to safely secure the beam in the aforesaid clamping device. Given the steel spikes on the beam vertical surfaces, these are closed by a false box with different-color strips applied thereon.
EFFECT: reliable operation of barrier in various ambient conditions, possibility to use electric drive, ACS, higher strength.
