SUBSTANCE: device contains boom fixed in recesses of fixing supports installed at sides of roadbed. Boom base is connected with drive. Boom on supports with drive are rigidly installed on rotating platform in the form of sector installed in the centre on rotating support and fixed on periphery by fixing device made of fragile breakable material. On the roadbed under platform, system of recesses is made into which spring-loaded vertical pillars are embedded being held from jumping out above roadbed surface by undersurface of platform.

EFFECT: higher degree of protection, lower energy consumption during operation.
