FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in the method to produce low temperature portland cement clinker by means of grinding of cement raw materials with addition of a catalyst - calcium chloride, and subsequent annealing of the charge in the furnace, in which removal of chlorine from the clinker is done by passing of steam, gas and air mixture via the clinker layer, as the catalyst they use a mixture of chlorides in the amount of 0.2-15 wt % to the source raw materials mixture at the following ratio, wt %: calcium chloride - 0.1-5, sodium chloride - 0.1-5, potassium chloride - 0.1-5 or at the following ratio, wt %: sodium chloride - 0.1-6, potassium chloride - 0.1-4, taken in dry form, at the same time heating of cement raw materials in cyclone heat exchanges is carried out at 600-800°C with subsequent roasting in the furnace at 800-1000°C, baking of cement raw materials at 1100°C and decarbonisation are carried in the forward flow of cement raw materials and fuel of the rotary furnace by means of regulation of temperature by supply of fuel and/or air along the length of the furnace, besides, at the outlet of the furnace smoke gases are exposed to cooling and cleaning.
