FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the system for use in the hydrostatic bearing (10) of the rolling mill to remove laminar oil flow leaving tangentially the clearance between the rotating support bushing (12) and fixed inserts (18) surrounding the bushing (12). The system contains limiting surfaces interacting with bushing (12) and insert (18) to set the ring chamber (40a) intended for reception of the tangential output laminar flow. Blades (42) project in the chamber (40a) and rotate with bushing and with its speed (12) for the oil swirling in the chamber (40a). Output (44) is tangentially connected with the ring chamber (40a) to remove oil swirled in the chamber (40a) due to blades (42) rotation. Output (44) size relatively to the oil volume accepted to the ring chamber (40a) is selected such that chamber (40a) stays filled with oil during stable work of the bearing (10).
EFFECT: use of the kinetic energy of the rotating parts of the bearings for oil pumping from bearings, at that as the oil is removed under force then it is possible to use drain pipelines with lesser dimension to control the output oil flow without necessity to maintain the drain slopes necessary to receive the gravity flow.
