FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Proposed system removes oil from liquid-friction bearing from between spinning sleeve and fixed sleeve and comprises ring-shape chamber arranged to receive oil outflow. Said chamber is isolated from drain vessel by confining surfaces including seal boundary. Said system incorporates impellers extending into said chamber to spin along with and at rpm of said sleeve to force oil there around. Discharge channel is communicated with oil flow intake pressure with Venturi tube inside discharge channel. Suction channel communicated Venturi tube with said drain vessel via through oil flowing from ring-shape chamber beyond the boundary of said seal in said drain vessel is sucked off and removed via said discharge channel. Said system can have two ring-shaped chambers and communicated discharge channels arranged on the side of the bearing inner and outer ends. Proposed method comprises oil feed into the chamber, swirling it and removing therefrom at permanently filled chamber.
