FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for non-waste amaranth seeds processing involves amaranth seeds decontamination and drying till Wrelative=12%. Amaranth oil is separated by way of pressing. The amaranth cake remaining after pressing is milled, poured with refined deodorised vegetable oil at a ratio of amaranth cake to oil 1:0.6…1:1. One proceeds with extraction of amaranth oil as may be remaining in the cake in two stages. One performs preliminary extraction at a temperature of 323…328 K; then one proceeds with final extraction by way of maintaining the mixture of amaranth cake and refined deodorised vegetable oil during 48 hours. The technological line for non-waste amaranth seeds processing includes an accumulation bin for temporary storage of moist contaminated amaranth seeds, a decontamination unit, a dryer, a buffer vessel for dried amaranth seeds storage, a screw press, a buffer vessel for amaranth oil storage, an amaranth cake milling machine, an extractor, vessels for maintenance of the mixture of amaranth cake and refined deodorised vegetable oil.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve end product quality and provide and to increase amaranth oil extraction degree.
