SUBSTANCE: this leverage comprises brake shoes, brake cylinder and car leverage interacting with the car mounted axles. Proposed system brake cylinder leverage with two con-rods, two horizontal levers and their tightening gadget, and two leverages of four mounted axle bogies, each including the leverage of internal and external two-axle bogies with drive and driven vertical levers arranged in vertical plane at the car lengthwise mirror axis combined by lower ends of tightening levers and bypass leverage with interconnected bypass lever, bypass con-rod and balance beam arranged in horizontal plane. Drive vertical lever of the leverage of every inner two-axle bogie is less distant from brake cylinder than its driven vertical axis. Drive vertical lever of the leverage of every outer two-axle bogie is less distant from brake cylinder than its driven vertical axis. Upper ends of the leverage driven levers of all two-axle bogies are articulated with their frames while upper ends of inner two-axle bogies are connected with the ends of balance beams. Note here that upper ends of outer bogie leverage drive levers are connected with bypass levers of every bypass leverage. Mid points of balance beam and bypass lever of every four-axle leverage are articulated with con-rod of the brake cylinder and four-axle bogie frame.
