FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Combination cyclone comprises a body, a peripheral gas flow inlet configured as an inlet tangential connection, a hopper connected to the lower conical part of the cyclone, and an outlet pipe, in the lower part of which holes are formed, and in the upper part there is a block of injectors. Each of the nozzles of the sprinkler collector contains a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle plate, connected to the union nut, to which the liquid flow divider is attached. Fluid flow dissector consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between them is filled with a fine mesh net, with the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells directed away from the throttle washer. In the lower part of the divider is fixed a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, where in the cylindrical perforated segment, fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells, there is a flow swirler, made in the form of a spring.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the spraying rate of the liquid by the nozzles.
