FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying fluids. Nozzle contains a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle washer, the body is connected to a union nut, to which the divider of the liquid flow is attached. Fluid flow dissector consists of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells. Space between the shells is filled with a fine mesh net. Apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the orifice plate. In the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment is fastened that is fixed on perforated conical shells. In the cylindrical perforated segment fixed in the lower part of the divider on the perforated conical shells, a flow swirler is installed. Flow swirler is made in the form of a spring. Flow swirler located in the cylindrical perforated segment is made in the form of a perforated screw.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spraying.
