SUBSTANCE: centrifugal wide-flare sprayer comprises a casing with a vortex chamber and a sprayer insert, at that the casing is made with an inlet pipe having a hole, with an inlet cylindrical chamber coaxial to the pipe, a vortex chamber installed coaxially with the inlet chamber and made in the form of a cylindrical cup provided with at least three tangentially located holes on the side surface, their axes are tangential to the vortex chamber; the sprayer insert out of hard materials is installed coaxially with the vortex chamber, inside the insert there are two calibrated holes located in series and coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber: cylindrical hole and cone hole acting as diffuser increasing cone angle at the flare top of liquid spraying; to the bottom of the cylindrical sleeve in the vortex chamber from the side of the sprayer insert the screw feed with screw blade is secured axisymmetric and coaxially, the blades are directed opposite to direction of the flow vortex in the vortex chamber.
