FIELD: devices for spraying or atomizing liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquids, solutions spraying. Centrifugal wide flare nozzle comprises a body with a vortex chamber and a nozzle insert. Body is made with an inlet branch pipe having a hole coaxial with the inlet cylindrical chamber, swirl chamber located coaxially with respect to the inlet chamber and made in the form of a cylindrical beaker having at least three tangentially disposed openings on the side surface. Holes axes are disposed tangentially relative to the swirling chamber. Made of solid materials nozzle insert is located coaxially to the swirling chamber. Inside the insert there are two in-series calibrated holes, which are coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the swirl chamber: cylindrical hole and a conical hole that serves as a diffuser, which increases the cone angle at the top of the liquid spray cone. To the swirling chamber cylindrical cup bottom, from the nozzle insert side, auger with helical blades is axially symmetric and coaxially attached, which direction is opposite to the flow twisting direction in the swirling chamber. Helical blades of the screw are located on it with an increase in their outer diameter away from the bottom of the cylindrical beaker, fitting at the same time into the conical surface bounding them. Helical blades of the auger are enclosed in a diffuser, fitting at the same time into its conical surface, which in turn is connected to a nebulizer made in the form of a cylindrical shell. Conical surface of the diffuser is attached to the nozzle insert by means of at least three spokes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
