FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: 3-4 wires are passed in the frontal plane and fixed on an arc or a ring after the introduction of an intramedullary nail into the distal part of the hip. An arc, which is connected with the arc or the ring of the distal part by means of distraction rods, is mounted on a jig guide of the intramedullary nail. Correction of the endoprosthesis leg and elongation of the hip to a required value are carried out by means of the distraction rods. The intramedullary nail is blocked with 2-4 screws. The arcs and the jig guide are dismounted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to correct the position of the endoprosthesis leg, and to provide fixation strength.
