FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for treating of femoral refractures, which complicated periprosthetic fracture under osteoporosis. Through ilium wing wires are inserted in crosswise symmetric pairs, and fixed in arc. In lower part of femoral bone, two pairs of crossing pins are introduced and fixed in two rings interconnected by threaded rods. Distal base is connected to arc by telescopic rods using hinges and assembled from console attachments. Deformation of hip is eliminated and its axis is restored. In postoperative period, starting from 5-7 day, supporting compression is performed using apparatus by 0.5 mm once in five days.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries, eliminate deformation.
