FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric machine industry and can be used for production of commutator motors. The commutator motor contains housing with a stator in bearing assemblies of which a power shaft with an armature is installed, the electric windings of which are connected to collector plates, the brush assembly connected to entry electricity cables, channels for passing inside the housing of cooling air. In the motor housing, from the part of the housing opposite to the armature area fan, additional through holes for passing of cooling air are provisioned, and the end part of internal volume of the housing adjoining to additional through holes from the side of the brush assembly is blocked by the flange attached to the housing the internal hole of which covers with a gap the adjoining part of collector assembly to the armature. In the bottom part of the housing under the brush assembly the process hole with tightly closing cover is provisioned.

EFFECT: improvement of environmental safety of a motor.
