FIELD: methods and devices for changing atmospheric conditions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for electrical effect on atmosphere in order to modify weather conditions on controlled territory. Method of generating electric charges into atmosphere consists in moving air flow through area of electric charges generation. Process of air flow movement through the electric charge generation area is preceded by addition of aerosol particles to the air flow. In order to add aerosol particles to the air flow, a commutator motor is used, which simultaneously provides a drive for the device moving the air flow through the electric charge generation area, and addition of aerosol particles to the air flow.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of generation of electric charges into atmosphere due to more complete filling of air flow moving in the area of corona discharge generation with aerosol particles, on the surface of which electric charges generated by corona discharge are carried out into atmosphere.
