SUBSTANCE: method comprises adding to a basic diet of lactating cows of a subtoxic dose of nitrates of the preparations toxysorb in a dose of 1.5 g/kg of concentrates and chelaton in an amount of 5.5 g/kg of concentrates.

EFFECT: increase in milk productivity, increase in physical-chemical and technological properties of milk and butter at the elimination of nitrates and nitrites in the body of highly productive cows, and enabling to improve the physiological state of the animal body.
