FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simulating in rats is anaesthetised by doing an acute mechanical injury of gingival soft tissues. That is ensured by inserting an all-metal needle 12 mm long into a gingival edge from a vestibular surface of a right lower tooth from the medial edge tightly along the tooth slightly forcefully to rupture the tissues and penetrate into the gingival bone tissue.
EFFECT: simple, reliable, minimally invasive method provides developing chronic periodontis in rats and enables analysing, researching and creating new dosage forms applicable for treating this disease.
