FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prevention of unsanctioned readout of data from cards having a magnetic strip. The face panel of the ATM or terminal or SSM contains a card receipt slot on such face panel of the ATM or terminal or SSM; the specificity consists in the fact that the area where the card receipt slot is positioned is made of a visually transparent material, has a configuration and size enabling visual tracing of the card movement path from the face surface of the area where the card receipt slot is positioned to the non-transparent elements of the card reader positioned behind the face panel of the ATM or terminal or SSM.
EFFECT: prevention of unsanctioned readout of data from cards having a magnetic strip.
