FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: influenza vaccines are described, containing an antigen of the strain A/California/7/09 (H1N1) and an adjuvant which is presented by spherical amorphous nanoparticles of betulin, or modified fullerene, or hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. The invention extends the range of means for preventing influenza epidemics. According to the invention, the vaccines enable to provide higher immunity compared to the vaccines with conventional adjuvants such as hydroxyaluminium.
EFFECT: according to the invention, the vaccines have high protective activity, and the said property is retained even after six months of storage.
