FIELD: medical biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing influenza vaccine. Method for producing a tetravalent subunit influenza vaccine involves culturing influenza viruses of subtypes A (H1N1), A (H3N2), B/Yamagata lineage, B/Victoria lineage in developing chicken embryos with subsequent separation of virus-containing allantoic liquid, concentration, purification, inactivation and splitting of virus, its subsequent centrifugation and ultrafiltration, bringing monovaccine into polyvaccine with the adjuvant, wherein the virus is cultured separately, and after ultrafiltration in each of the monopreparations is introduced as an adjuvant betulin in ratio of antigen: carrier 1:1.25–12.5.
EFFECT: use of the given invention enables to obtain a stable and effective tetravalent subunit anti-influenza vaccine when included as an adjuvant of betulin in a weight ratio of the antigen: carrier of 1: 1.25–12.5.
