SUBSTANCE: invention refers to molecular biology and genetic engineering. What is presented is a recombinant trivalent influenza vaccine containing three types of non-replicating nanoparticles of serotype 5 human adenovirus genome each carrying the different genes of influenza virus hemagglutinin with the vaccine further containing an immunostimulant and a buffer.
EFFECT: invention may be used in medicine for the purpose of influenza virus vaccination.
