FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: lever-and-planetary mixer comprises a tank to place mixing components in, a swinging cover, in which a motor is mounted, is pivotally installed on the tank. The motor is kinematically connected to the planetary drive made as a flat four-link lever mechanism consisting of a driving rod, a driving crank, a connecting rod, a work member with working blades and a scraper for tank cleaning. The driving crank can rotate in respect to the driving rod. The driving crank is pivotally connected to the work member which is pivotally mounted on the connecting rod and pivotally connected to the driving rod. The length of the driving crank is equal to the connecting rod length for rotating-planetary movement of the work member, and length of the driving crank shall be less than the connecting rod length for swinging-planetary movement.

EFFECT: invention allows for simplifying the design, increasing performance efficiency, improving intensity and quality of mixing.
