FIELD: security means.
SUBSTANCE: device of a three-point safety belt comprises a woven belt, a winding on the shoulder side, which includes a mechanism pretensioners and force limiter mechanisms on shoulder side and is configured to unwind the woven belt extreme portion on the shoulder belt side, the tongue installed on the woven belt, and the inner belt including the buckle to which the tongue is connected, which includes, from mechanism pretensioners and force limiter mechanism on buckle side, only force limiter mechanism on buckle side. Initial load of force limiter mechanism on side of buckle is set higher than initial load mechanism limiter forces on shoulder side. Load of the force limiter mechanism on the buckle side is set to become smaller in the second half of operation of the force limiter mechanism on the buckle side than at the early actuation stage, wherein the force load of the force limiter mechanism on the side of the buckle remains in the first predetermined load regardless of the amount of movement of the passenger, until the movement value reaches a predetermined value at the early actuation step, and remains in the second predetermined load, which is less than the first predetermined load, regardless of the movement value, in the second actuation half.
EFFECT: reduced load exerted on passenger's chest.
