SUBSTANCE: filling connection containing isolating valve (7), movable relatively to the a seat (8) between input closed position and output opened position, and dustproof valve (10) at input of the isolating valve (7). The isolating valve (7) in its input position is pressed by the return device (9). The dustproof valve (10) contains output end (101) and moves relatively body (2) between the input closed position and output opened position. The dustproof valve (10) is made selectively moving to output: either to the first output position opening the input end (3), where output end (101) of the dustproof valve (10) does not push the input end (107) of the isolating valve (7), or to the second output position opening the output end (3), where the output end (101) of the dustproof valve (10) pushes the input end (107) of the isolating valve (7) movable for contact movement of the isolating valve (7) to the output opened position. The dustproof valve (10) contains one or more passages (103) for directing at least part of the flow from input (3) to output (4) via body of the mentioned dustproof valve (10).
